All divers must follow certain rules to ensure safety at all times and maximum enjoyment of the sport:
  1. Please arrive on time.
  2. If you need to leave the class early, please tell your coach at the beginning of the class
  3. After you go off the diving board, swim directly to the side of the pool
  4. NEVER swim in front of the diving board
  5. Follow your coach’s instructions before each dive
  6. Listen to your coach for feedback after each dive
  7. Be respectful and encouraging of your teammates
